CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s natural craniosacral rhythm—the subtle movement of fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord—to release tension, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Deep Tissue
Deep tissue therapy uses slow, targeted pressure to relieve chronic muscle tension, reduce pain, and improve mobility by working into the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
❀
Connective Tissue
Connective tissue therapy works specifically with the fascia and connective tissues throughout the body to release restrictions, improve structural balance, and support long-term mobility and alignment.
❀
Trigger Point
Trigger point therapy targets tight, sensitive areas within the muscles—often called “knots”—to release tension, reduce referred pain, and restore healthier movement and muscle function.
❀
Reflexology
Hand and foot reflexology is based on the idea that specific points in the hands and feet correspond to different organs and systems throughout the body, using targeted pressure to encourage relaxation, improve circulation, and support overall balance and wellness.
❀
Sports Massage
Sports massage is designed to support active bodies by targeting muscle fatigue, improving flexibility, enhancing recovery, and helping prevent injuries before and after physical activity.

About
Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomi, as taught by Auntie Margaret Machado, is a traditional Hawaiian massage known for its flowing, rhythmic strokes and deeplying nurturing approach.
Lomi Lomi goes beyond muscle relief, helping to release tension, improve circulation, and create a sense of full-body integration. Rather than focusing on isolated areas of tension, Lomi Lomi moves across the entire body in continuous, wave-like motions. This creates a deeply relaxing experience while supporting the body’s innate ability to release, realign, and return to balance.
Lomi Lomi is both an art and philosophy of care that emphasizes compassion, connection, and flow. Lomi Lomi is about listening to the body and supporting its natural movement toward balance and ease.

"[Lomi Lomi] is a praying work."
